AMPLIFY is where women's leadership in the UN system gains its full reach. Drawing on a decade of UNSSC experience, it develops mid-senior women leaders - strengthening agency, influence, and strategic readiness in complex organisational contexts, and addressing the leadership challenges specific to women across the system. Built on the developmental approach of Elevate and Inspire and grounded in the UN System Leadership Framework, it treats gender, culture, and intersectionality as core dimensions of leadership practice. Participants join a growing alumnae community of more than 1,300 women leaders from over 105 duty stations - a network that endures well beyond the programme itself.
