If the course is open to “Everyone”, personnel working for organizations and institutions that are affiliated with the United Nations as well as those working outside the UN can register.
Yes, UNSSC offers a number of courses free of charge. Please visit our courses page. On the left, scroll down to “price” and set the price to zero.
Yes, you can. On each course webpage, there is an option to download the course description in PDF format.
To register for a course, please click on the sign-up button and follow the instructions. The sign-up button is available at the top of each course webpage.

At the end of the process, a UNSSC staff member will review and approve your registration. (Please make sure you have clicked on “complete checkout”.)
Once your registration is approved, you will receive a confirmation email and invoice. Please be advised that this will not happen if your registration is linked to an agreement that UNSSC has with your organization. In this case your invoice will be sent directly to your organization. You will only receive your login credentials/information about the course once we receive payment confirmation.
After you complete your registration and proceed to checkout, you will receive an automatic email from noreply@unssc.org with additional details about the course and the login credentials.
If you are registering on the Blue Line platform, please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive an email with the course credentials.
Note that some UN organizations have security firewalls that block emails from the noreply@unssc.org email address. We advise you to ask your IT colleagues to whitelist incoming emails from noreply@unssc.org
If the course has not yet started, and you have funds approved by your organization (e.g., a purchase order), please contact us by clicking “contact us by email” option on the course page.
If the course has already started, we advise you to check our website for the next edition.

If you have forgotten your credentials, click on Forgotten your username or password? to set up a new password. For verification purposes please use either your email or username.
Please log into UNKampus 30 should the link not work, please select the “Forgot my username / password’’ option. You will need to input the email address you used to register for the course. Once you are logged in, you should be able to see the course/s on your dashboard.
At the end of your registration process a UNSSC staff member will review and approve your registration. You will then receive an automated email with an invoice. Please make sure that you have selected the “checkout” option.
Once this is complete you can make payment. The payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card. All the payment details are included on the invoice. Please note: the invoice will be addressed to the organization that you indicate during the registration process.

Registration is required even if your organization is paying your course fee. To register please visit the courses page and search for the course you wish to sign up for. Once you register you will receive an invoice which you can forward to your HR or Finance department.
In some instances, participants only receive confirmation details once the registration deadline has passed. Please check your email shortly after the registration deadline. If you have not yet received a confirmation, please email us by selecting the “contact us by email” button on the course page.

Yes, you can pay by credit card. After completing your registration, you will receive an approval message which includes a link to pay by credit card.
UNSSC must receive the training fees at the latest a week before the course start.

Yes, UNSSC can offer group discounts.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing. A cancellation fee is applied if you cancel less than 14 days before the course commences. Please see our terms and conditions.
If the training fees have been received by UNSSC and the course has not started, please write to info@unssc.org to see if it is possible to transfer your participation to the next edition of the same course. If the course has already started, please take note of our cancellation policy.
If you registered for a course that requires payment, we will send you login credentials as soon as payment is received.
If you registered for a free course, or a course that is funded by your organization under a corporate subscription for the Blue Line, you will receive login credentials as soon as you complete your registration. Please make sure to (1) register with your official email address, and (2) check your inbox and junk/spam folder if you don’t see the course credentials in your inbox shortly after the registration is complete.
