With the support of experienced UNSSC coaches, you will strengthen your professional effectiveness, build confidence, and create a clear direction for your future within the United Nations (UN) system.
Coaching is a learning process. It transforms how we observe ourselves, understand others, and engage in professional situations. It is a collaborative journey of growth, where we work on ourselves with the guidance and support of a coach.
The UNSSC Executive Coaching Package for JPOs offers a structured and supportive space for reflection, learning, and development. Within an environment of trust and psychological safety, you are encouraged to explore your experiences, gain new perspectives, and define actionable paths forward in your UN career.
Throughout the sessions, you will explore key aspects of professional growth and career planning.
This coaching journey supports you in gaining the insights, focus, and confidence needed to advance your career with clarity and purpose within the UN system and beyond.

· Explore your personal resources, habits, and attitudes, recognizing what supports your growth and what may be holding you back.

Our coaching services are delivered by highly experienced and credentialed coaches who also work within our learning programmes, giving them valuable insight into the UN context. Through one-on-one sessions, you will have the opportunity to reflect, learn, and take practical steps toward achieving your professional goals and vision.
If you have previously worked with one of our coaches, you are welcome to request to continue with the same coach. If this is your first coaching experience, we will contact you after your enrolment has been approved to match you with a coach best suited to your specific needs.
All sessions are confidential, fully tailored to you, and conducted online via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, telephone, or another preferred platform.

This package is open to any JPOs from across the UN system.

The fee for this coaching package is USD 1,365, which includes five individual sessions of one hour each.
