The United Nations System Staff College (UNSSC) is pleased to announce the launch of a new Individual Subscription to the Blue Line, its value-driven learning community of over 60,000 UN colleagues created by the UN, for the UN. Designed to support personalized and self-directed learning, the subscription offers UN personnel year-round access to a curated digital learning experience aligned with the evolving needs of the UN system.

As the UN80 process calls on all UN professionals to rethink how leadership and delivery are shaped across the system, continuous learning has become a critical enabler of transformation. The Blue Line responds to this need by putting learners in control of their own development through flexible, relevant and career-long learning opportunities.

Through the new Individual Subscription, participants gain one-year access to more than 230 modules and tools, including the premium catalogues on leadership and management, data analytics, evaluation management, and a growing selection of free UN courses and tools, developed in partnership with UN entities. Designed around the needs of UN personnel, the Blue Line platform is continuously improved through colleagues’ feedback, ensuring learning resources remain current, relevant and valuable over time.

In addition to self-paced learning, subscribers benefit from access to live events and webinars with subject-matter experts, resources, UN Communities, and the “My UNSSC” mobile application with offline functionality.

The Individual Subscription is open to UN personnel at all levels. An early-bird rate of USD 120 is available until 31 March 2026, after which the standard fee of USD 240 will apply.
