The United Nations System Staff College (UNSSC) is proud to announce that UN Campus, the new UN Secretariat-wide learning platform, went live on 24 March, providing a new, integrated digital learning space for personnel across the organization. UNSSC's learning management system service powers the platform, marking a key step toward strengthening professional development by providing a modern environment that centralizes learning resources.
This transition represents a shared commitment, supported by UNSSC, to continuous learning, collaboration and excellence across the UN Secretariat, as entities converge towards a common catalogue, enabling personnel to grow and develop in an intuitive, accessible and future-ready environment.
Through UN Campus, personnel gain access to a broad range of learning opportunities, including programmes, courses, tools and innovative digital learning experiences. Key benefits include:
By bringing learning into a single, accessible environment for UN Secretariat personnel, UN Campus makes it easier for colleagues across duty stations to discover courses, develop new skills and advance their careers. The platform also lays the foundation for a more connected and agile learning ecosystem that fosters knowledge sharing, innovation and responsiveness to the system's evolving needs.
UNSSC’s Digital Learning Services Unit played a key role in enabling this transformation by working together with the UN Secretariat to support the launch of UN Campus. This joint effort has not only enhanced impact across the Secretariat but also driven systemic change through the effective leveraging of UNSSC’s expertise in learning ecosystem design and user experience
