UN Coaching Skills Catalyst Programme

This eleven-week programme equips UN personnel with practical coaching skills such as deep listening, powerful questioning and fostering accountability. These fundamentals build trust, empower teams and enhance collaborative decision-making. Offered both in cohorts and open enrolment, the programme strengthens leadership capacity while aligning with UN values and behaviours.
