Assessment tools
We offer a wide range of validated assessments – from 360-degree feedback to DiSC, Belbin, MBTI, CliftonStrengths, EQ-i 2.0, and more, these tools turn instincts into actionable insights. These assessments build shared understanding, strengthen leadership and teamwork, and provide a clear roadmap for individual and organizational growth.
UN Coaching Skills Catalyst Programme
This eleven-week programme equips UN personnel with practical coaching skills such as deep listening, powerful questioning and fostering accountability. These fundamentals build trust, empower teams and enhance collaborative decision-making. Offered both in cohorts and open enrolment, the programme strengthens leadership capacity while aligning with UN values and behaviours.
Career Horizons: Navigating Forward
We offer a three-part learning journey to help UN personnel navigate career transitions with clarity and resilience. Starting with a free self-paced module and followed by interactive webinars and optional coaching, the programme supports personnel and organizations in preparing for what’s next within or beyond the UN system.
