Thomas Neufing
Mr. Thomas Neufing is currently heading the Centre for Learning and Multilingualism (CLM), at UNOG.
Over the last 15 years, Thomas has led the learning function in different organizations focusing particularly on leadership and management development programmes.
He served as Chief of Learning at the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) and at the United Nations Secretariat in New York (OHRM). He also completed two assignments with the UN System Staff College managing learning services for the UN system and the College's leadership development programmes respectively. He has also served in a number of humanitarian and peacekeeping assignments in Haiti, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Kosovo.
He is certified in Strategic Human Resources Management by Cornell University and in Human Capital Leadership by the Wharton School besides being certified as Mediator in civil law cases.
