Teresa Ramos
Teresa Ramos is an executive coach and strategic advisor working at the intersection of leadership, innovation, digital transformation and artificial intelligence. Through her Leading Beyond the Algorithm framework, she examines how AI reshapes judgment, authority and institutional accountability in complex systems.
She brings over two decades of international executive experience in technology and transformation, having held senior roles in organizations such as BT, Vodafone, Telefónica and Siemens Group, including leading early Big Data and agile and digital transformation initiatives. She currently serves on the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council and is Chapter Leader for Agile Leadership at the Institute of Coaching, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School.
Teresa holds a BSc in Theoretical Physics, a degree in Music (piano), an MSc in Telecommunications Engineering, an Executive MBA from IE Business School, an MSc in Telecommunications Engineering from King’s College London. She works internationally with senior leaders and institutions like the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), the United Nations (UN), the National Health Service (NHS) and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) to strengthen supervision discipline, decision-making clarity, and responsible leadership in AI-augmented environments.
