Sabine Bhanot
Sabine Bhanot is leading the UNLOCK initiative (UN Laboratory for Organizational Change and Knowledge), a project of the United Nations System Staff College (UNSSC). As Change Management Specialist, she is responsible for the change management learning and advisory services, change management studies and the convening of the UNLOCK network for UNSSC.
Sabine brings 30 years of experience working as an internal consultant, facilitator and Head of Learning at the International Labour Organization (ILO), UNICEF, OCHA, UN Secretariat, UNFCCC and the Staff College. She designed and facilitated change processes in UN country offices, with humanitarian country teams, as well as at headquarters, for a number of organizations in the area of culture, organizational repositioning, organizational health, HR processes and ethics.
Sabine has served as a lead facilitator on a number of organization-wide culture changes, bringing deep experience in organizational change and leadership development.
She has a Masters in Political Science from Berlin University and certificates in International Development Management, Organizational Development as well as systemic coaching and change certificate from Cologne University.
