Rose Barragan

Rose Barragan is an Applied AI Consultant & AI Business Strategy Analyst with a Master of Science in Data Analytics and Policy from the University of Pennsylvania. She currently works with Equal Measure and the Gates Foundation, advancing the use of Artificial Intelligence in higher education across U.S. postsecondary institutions.

Furthermore, she graduated from University Complutense Madrid with honors in dual bilingual degree in Law and Business Administration and Management. Rose pursued executive studies at MIT Sloan School of Management and MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL) in Artificial Intelligence, as well as at UC Berkeley in Business Administration. Previously, Rose served as an Analyst of Artificial Intelligence at NTT DATA’s Center of Excellence for Data & Intelligence, where she played a key role in advancing the human-centric design of AI and supporting clients in transforming their organizations through ethical AI strategies.
