Raja Gundu

Raja Gundu is a Political Affairs Officer in the Department of Peacebuilding and Political Affairs. He has previously worked on the national reconciliation portfolio in UNAMA and electoral affairs in UNAMI. A passionate advocate for UN reform, he has been part of various YoungUN initiatives supporting innovation and working methods reform. Last year, he served on the Workstream on Organizational Management and Culture Change for the Peace & Security pillar and is currently a member of the pillar’s Change Agent network.

Prior to the UN, he worked with international thinktanks and the private sector. His writings have appeared in Foreign Policy, National Interest, and OpenDemocracy among others.
