Paul O’Donovan Rossa
Paul O’Donovan Rossa founded Platinum Coaching, headquartered in Ventura, California 22 years ago. He has been a Master Coach at the International Coach Federation for the last 14 years and has an exceptional track record of coaching the aspirations, courage and capabilities of his clients to be able to lead.
He coaches clients across a diverse range of industries and countries, in both individual and group settings. This coaching and mentoring powerfully enables leaders in their strategic thinking, developing organizational mission and vision, success in new roles, enterprise transformation and enhancement of personal resilience and well-being.
Paul has frontline experience through over 14,000 coaching hours with senior executives, directors and leaders in organizations such as Deloitte, EY, Gartner Group, Shell, Allied Irish Bank, Warner Bros, United Nations System Staff College, Greenpeace, TED, Venture Strategies Innovations, Sustainable Law Group, Toyota, Unilever, Peugeot and Royal Bank of Scotland.
Paul is skilled in executive coaching, strategic thinking, motivational leadership, personal and professional growth, mentorship, business development, international relations and team coaching. He has a Masters’ degree in Executive Coaching, is a Board Certified Coach and is certified in Leadership Circle, Agile Coaching and Facilitation, HBDI and MBTI.
Originally from London, Paul now lives in Ventura, California with his wife and 9-year old son. He is an active member of Friends of Californian Condors, and has been trained by Al Gore and his team as a climate change leader in the Climate Reality Project.
