Nooriya Koshen
Expertise: Nooriya is a highly experienced group facilitator and leadership coach. She has over 30 years of international experience in management, coaching, training, and facilitation. She has worked for the United Nations (UN) in Switzerland, Namibia and Kenya. Nooriya Following retirement, she trained and facilitated with the UN and International Non-Governmental Organizations in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Nooriya has facilitated the UNHCR Reflective Leadership Dialogues for a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace since 2019, as well as UNHCR Race Awareness Dialogue Facilitation since January 2021. She serves as a faculty member with Duke University CE on their iLead programme for managers of Barclays/ABSA banks and First National Bank in South Africa and for Goldfields, a major South African mining corporation. She has developed and delivered courses on: Managing Upward, Difficult Conversations; Building on your Strengths; Operational Excellence; Setting and Achieving Your Goals; and Networking for Professional Development.
