Neeru Gupta

Neeru has been a coach for 15+ years and stands apart for her insightful, intuitive and action-oriented  approach. Neeru has worked as a facilitator and coach with UN organizations in Afghanistan, Bangladesh, India, Iraq, Nepal, Sri- Lanka, Regional Offices of UNICEF in Southern and Eastern Asia. Having worked in diverse roles as an entrepreneur, at McKinsey, and the UN system, Neeru understands the demands, complexities and problems professionals are faced with in today’s ever- changing environment.

She has been a facilitator for the UNHCR Reflective Leadership dialogues since 2019.  Her core areas of coaching expertise include; Leadership Coaching, Transition & Mid Life Coaching, Dealing with abuse, anxiety and trauma, Coaching for Specific Skills (Personal Effectiveness, Time Management, Energy Management), Developmental Coaching, Coaching for High Potential executives - identified as future leaders, and helping women overcome gender conditioning, while balancing power equations in the workplace.
