Natalia Galat
<p>Natalia Galat is a Learning Portfolio Manager at the United Nation System Staff College’s Knowledge Centre for Sustainable Development in Bonn, Germany. She focuses on UN Country Programming, Results-based Management, Evaluation and Building Partnership for sustainable development as well as the Centre’s substantive offerings on climate change. Natalia brings profound expertise in programme design and management, monitoring and evaluation, capacity development, establishing strategic partnerships, knowledge management and advocacy for sustainable development, including the areas of energy and climate change, economic development, gender equality and women’s empowerment, good governance and the environment. Natalia joined the UN with UN Women as a Regional Programme Specialist in 2006, advising Senior Management on the programme and operational issues of strategic importance for UN Women. She brings over 19 years of professional experience, working in various international development organizations in Eastern Europe and Central Asia, including the UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office, the US Peace Corps, USAID and European Union. She holds a Master’s of Science degree in Environmental Change and Management from the University of Oxford, UK and Masters of Jurisprudence from the Higher Law School in Almaty, Kazakhstan.</p>
