Michelle Tang

Michelle Tang is the Communications Coordination Analyst at the Global Donor Platform for Rural Development (GDPRD) secretariat, currently hosted by IFAD. The GDPRD is a network of 40 bilateral and multilateral development agencies, international financial institutions, intergovernmental organizations and foundations working to increase public and private investments in food systems, agriculture and rural development.

Michelle has extensive private and public sector experience including 12 years in the United Nations system. Her international background extends from her start in market research to her current communications role in partnerships and donor relations.

She holds a MA in Graphic Communication from University of Hertfordshire in the UK and a BA in Economics from Occidental College in the US.
