Mark Oldenbeuving
Mark Oldenbeuving helps programme teams determine how change actually happens, and build their theory of change, results framework and learning around that. He is the founder of Ripple CoLab and co-creator of the Actor-Based Change (ABC) Framework, a peer-reviewed approach to theories of change in complex systems (American Journal of Evaluation, 2020). He has facilitated theories of change with government and fund teams, including Rwanda's Education Sector Strategy 2024–2050 and the Islamic Development Bank's Lives and Livelihoods Fund, and has taught programme and evaluation teams on theories of change. He has more than fifteen years in programme design, monitoring and evaluation.
