Maria Fernanda Villari
Maria Fernanda Villari is an Associate Fellow at the UNSSC Knowledge Centre for Leadership and Management. She holds a Master’s degree in Politics and International Relations of Africa and Asia and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Sciences from the University of Naples L’Orientale. As part of her Master’s degree, she was a visiting student at the Institute of International Relations of the University of São Paulo in Brazil. In the last seven years she has worked extensively at the international level on the design, development and implementation of online and residential training activities. She has also conducted research on social policies collaborating with the International Training Centre of the ILO (ITCILO), HelpAge International, the UNDP International Policy Centre for Inclusive Growth (IPC-IG) and Development Pathways in countries such as Italy, Thailand, Brazil and Angola. Her working experience ranges from capacity building, instructional design, research and project management. Maria Fernanda speaks Italian, English, Portuguese and Spanish.
Junjie Yang
Junjie Yang is an Associate Fellow at the UNSSC Knowledge Centre for Leadership and Management. He brings expertise in data analysis, database management, quantitative measurement, and program evaluation. Previously, he worked with the UN Secretariat in database management from 2021 to 2022. He also worked on monitoring and evaluation with Save the Children, China Programme between 2014 and2019. Junjie holds a Master in Education from the University of California in Los Angeles and a Master in International Development from IE University, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Development from China Agricultural University.
