Linda Stoddart
Linda Stoddart is adjunct faculty at the Haute Ecole de Gestion, Geneva, Switzerland and at Columbia University (New York) in the Master of Science programme in Information and Knowledge Strategy, where she was formerly the Academic Director.
She is a certified coach from the Columbia University’s Coaching Certification Programme and has twelve years of experience coaching managers and leaders in a variety of organizations. Linda has a Ph.D. from the University of Wales and has published a number of articles in professional journals on knowledge strategy issues.
Previously, Linda held the position of Director of Knowledge Management at the United Nations Secretariat in New York. She has over 20 years of experience in the UN system, including senior positions at the International Labour Organization and at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, based in Geneva and later in Zimbabwe. She led the implementation of a global information/knowledge management strategy in field delegations and Red Cross societies worldwide. Linda also served as Director of Information Services at IMD, a business school in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Linda has been active as a coach and facilitator in several leadership programmes for UNSSC.
