Julianna Bojko
Julianna Bojko is an Associate Learning Officer at the United Nations System Staff College (UNSSC), where she is responsible for the design and development of learning solutions. She partners with United Nations (UN) entities across the system to deliver effective learning experiences that support both organizational and individual development.
Julianna has worked in the learning and development field since 2016, with experience spanning talent development and training facilitation. Since joining the UN in 2020, she has managed end to end instructional design processes for a wide range of programmes delivered in diverse formats.
She holds a master’s degree in Psychology with specializations in Organizational as well as Cross Cultural and Gender Psychology, which underpins her interest in delivering training focused on intercultural collaboration. She further specialized in instructional design through postgraduate studies in E-learning: Design and Implementation. She is designated Association for Talent Development (ADT) Master Instructional Designer, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and a facilitator in the Lego® Serious Play® methodology. She speaks fluently Polish, English, Spanish and Italian.
Her work is driven by a commitment to designing impactful, human-centred learning that contributes to positive change globally.
