Jingxin Xiao
Jingxin Xiao is now an innovation and outreach intern at the Change, Delivery and Innovation Unit (CDI) of International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD). At CDI, she assists with IFAD Innovation Flagship events and initiatives such as IFAD Innovation Day, Innovation Talk, and Innovation Network, and she facilitates the publication of IFAD-UNSCC Mentoring Partnerships. She is also conducting a review study on Innovation Challenges.
Prior to joining IFAD, she was an early career trainee on Nature-based Solutions at the World Economic Forum and worked on nature-positive transition, deforestation-free supply chain and multi-stakeholder event management. She was also an operation intern at the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) Representation in China, supporting domestic and international technical project management and operation. Jingxin is passionate about rural development and public management. She is curious about how to curate innovation internally and externally and impact rural beneficiaries. Jingxin holds a BA degree in English language and literature with a minor in psychology from Tsinghua University.
