Hanne Lindbaek

After 20 years of top executive coaching and programmes and trainings on topics such as personal authority and storytelling in the corporate world, Hanne has given thousands of hours of top management coaching – and it continues to flourish and inspire. Her work has taken her to more than 25 countries on four continents. She is a much sought after keynote speaker, and coaches top politicians and leaders on how to create the impact they want when they need to.

Hanne trained as a professional actress in London in the nineties and went on to enjoy great success for a number of years, with roles ranging from musicals to film to classical roles on the biggest stages of Norway. Hanne founded Ergo;ego in the year 2000, and was nominated for Entrepreneur of the Year in 2008.

Hanne has been a board member of the Norwegian Equity Association for a number of years, and is a highly certified coach from CTI. Hanne is a published author from major Norwegian publishing house, Kagge. In her book ”The Communication Code” (2018), she describes the work and methodology that Ergo;ego apply in their work.
