Expertise: An award-winning facilitator and consultant with over 15 years of experience in the UN and 24 in the field of D&I, Francisco has worked on DEI, SH, SEA and creating a positive inclusive workplace for the UN, in the following projects - UNHCR Reflective Leadership dialogues for a safe, inclusive, respectful, collaborative workplace combatting harassment, abuse, SEA and discrimination, since 2019; Race Awareness training and training of Race Dialogue facilitation for UNHCR since end of 2020; and 'UN for All’ Diversity and inclusion workshops for UN Cares which addressed disability, substance abuse, and neurodiversity. Francisco is an expert coach in management, life skills and more. Francisco delivers engaging and actionable workshops on sexual respect, gender, power relations, and sexual violence prevention and has worked in more than a dozen countries within the UN system and the private sector.
