Felipe Martin Saráchaga
Felipe brings three decades of experience in Learning and Development and Human Resources Management across six culturally diverse countries. Currently serving as a Staff Development Officer at the Office of Human Resources at the United Nations (UN) Headquarters in New York, he is supporting the leadership development portfolio while overseeing the establishment of common standards for evaluating learning activities across the UN Secretariat.
Previously, Felipe led the Language and Communications Programme at both UN Headquarters in New York and the UN Office in Geneva, and he had the opportunity to serve as the Acting Head of Training at the UN Verification Mission in Colombia.
Before joining the UN, Felipe worked as an instructor, educational advisor, trainer of trainers, academic director and human resources manager across various institutions.
His educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language, a Postgraduate Diploma in the Design of e-Learning Materials for Virtual Environments, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Management and Development of Human Resources.
