Fabrizio Bilucaglia

Fabrizio is a Learning Portfolio at the United Nations System Staff College (UNSSC), where he oversees the design and delivery of safety and security training programmes. He is currently responsible for the implementation of several key learning initiatives, including Trainer Development and Certification course, as well as Safe and Secure Approaches in Field Environments (SSAFE), and is in-charge of the Advanced Safe Driver programme.

With advanced academic training in international relations, negotiation and adult education, Fabrizio has designed and delivered capacity development programmes across Africa, Asia, the Middle East, Central America and North America. His areas of expertise include Training of Trainers (ToT), conflict analysis, trainer development certification, advanced safe driving, and safety and security training.

Fabrizio is a trainer and facilitator certified in adult education (Pearson BTEC Level 4), a LEGO® Serious Play® certified facilitator, and a Qualified Driver Trainer (QDT)-certified trainer.
