Fabiana Mariano Green
“Enabling people to be extraordinary” is Fabiana’s personal slogan. She has a passion to coach leaders toward an empowered self-perception that will cascade into empowering their teams. She believes coaching leaders to lead themselves well is key.
Fabiana brings over 20 years of experience in the private and international non-profit sectors, giving her a unique perspective into the workings of leadership in both spheres. She has carried a recurring thread of leadership, management, consulting and developing people and programmes for success. More than 10 years were spent in technology consulting with Fortune 500 clients. Another 10 plus years were spent leading global teams and projects in the United Nations involving business, IT and online communications for the World Health Organization. She is a proven catalyst and bridge builder with keen insight into the various links between business practice, technical proficiency and the relationship dynamics needed for positive organizational results.
Having worked with clients in Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, South and North America, Fabiana brings a cultural awareness expertise to her coaching that is marked by sharp interpersonal agility. Clients have commented on her ability to help bring understanding across lines to unite a team toward their objectives. By invitation of the Presidents of Guatemala and Paraguay, Fabiana travelled with John C. Maxwell to launch two national transformational leadership projects in these countries. In her capacity as a coach, she also hosted a live global broadcast event in Geneva, which brought some of the world’s most influential leadership experts to her community including John C. Maxwell and Microsoft COO, Kevin Turner.
