Edina Awiti
Edina Awiti is an Associate Fellow at UNSSC, working at the intersection of organizational learning, knowledge systems and institutional transformation. She helps organizations navigate complexity, strengthen collaboration and build the adaptive capacity they need to respond to emerging challenges. Her work centres on a strong interest that knowledge, when well-managed, is one of the most powerful tools an organization has. She designs and facilitates learning processes that enable organizations to improve continuously, innovate and pursue inclusive, sustainable change.
Before joining UNSSC, Edina worked in finance at the National Treasury of Kenya and at a microfinance institution, where she led User Acceptance Testing for a new system. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business and Innovation Technology Management and brings a systems-oriented perspective to her practice, connecting people, ideas and processes to create change that lasts.
