Dr. Raphaël Zaffran

Dr. Raphaël Zaffran is Head of Learning, Programme Development & Partnerships at the Center for Continuing and Distance Education at the University of Geneva. In this role, he oversees the creation and implementation of continuing education programs (i.e. curriculum development, tailored learning & development solutions; e-learning; and strategic partnerships with public, private and academic institutions).

Dr Zaffran is a political scientist by training and has conducted research and taught on post-conflict transitions and the links between political communication and exit strategies. He holds a PhD in International Relations from the Graduate Institute Geneva.
