Daphne Moench
Daphne joined the UN System Staff College in 2016 to work on the UNLOCK (UN Laboratory for Organizational Change and Knowledge) initiative. As coordinator for UNLOCK she manages the project’s activities and engagements to support the team’s advancement across four work streams, including: change management advisory work, capacity building, case study development and change management networks. Daphne has 20+ years of experience in organizational development with a focus on change management, communication, leadership development and coaching. She has spent most of her career working in external change management consulting with Accenture and Cambridge Leadership Associates, as well as internal change management and organization design positions in the private and non-for-profit sectors. Daphne holds a BA from the University of London, an MBA from Columbia Business School and an executive coach certification from Columbia Teachers College.
