Aylin Schulz van Endert

<p>Aylin Schulz van Endert supports UNLOCK learning and advisory services on change management and leads an initiative to foster a Community of Practice of UN System Change Managers with the aim of disseminating knowledge and building skills for change management towards effective implementation of the UN reform across the UN system. Prior to this, she has worked on enhancing the coherence, efficiency and effectiveness of the UN at country level&nbsp;and supported and led joint projects and UN inter-agency initiatives in Swaziland, Rwanda, and Timor-Leste. Prior, she supported inter-governmental processes and UN inter-agency cooperation at UN DESA. She has also worked on pioneering innovation and design thinking approaches in project design and implementation in the field. She is currently working towards an agile project management certification (ScrumMaster).</p>
