Andrew Williams

Andrew is the Founder and Managing Director of Agility Consulting Group. He has been an Adjunct Faculty at the Australia Graduate School of Management (AGSM) at the University of New South Wales, for over 15 years, where he facilitates executive programmes in adaptive leadership, leadership agility and personal growth.

He is the author of Survive and Thrive; 120 Ideas to Cultivate Your Leadership Agility and, in 2025, launched Getting Unstuck – How Learning Bravely is a Superpower for Personal Change and Growth.

Andrew is a Visting Faculty of the United Nations System Staff College (UNSSC), where he has delivered a number of leadership programmes in Turin. He is a graduate of The Art and Practice of Leadership Development at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, which has enabled him to work with teams in the area of adaptive leadership and transformational change. He is also a Kansas Leadership Centre certified Master Practitioner in the Case-in-Point teaching methodology, which he uses with intact teams, leadership cohorts and in programmes with AGSM clients.

Passionate about coaching and development, Andrew works closely with leaders and teams to help them navigate complexity, surface what is getting in the way, and make progress on the issues that matter most. He brings a facilitative style that balances challenge and support, enabling honest dialogue, grounding groups in purpose, and helping them see how their dynamics influence results.

Andrew also works as a workshop facilitator, speaker and educator, bringing energy, humour and creativity to his work. He has partnered with clients across a wide range of industries – banking and finance, government, telecommunications, energy, retail, among others – and geographies and remains deeply committed to helping individuals and teams thrive wherever they are.
