This report explores the ways in which five different UN entities are developing and using change agent networks as a mechanism for both engaging staff in change and increasing the likelihood of change being successful. There is no one-size-fits-all approach on the set-up and use of change agents and change agent networks. Each entity has built, evolved and uses change agent networks in different ways. This report explores the differences, highlights the similarities and draws out the lessons learned in setting up, developing, sustaining and using change agent networks in the UN system.
