Zehe Si
Zehe Si is an Innovation Intern at the Office of Development Effectiveness (ODE) of the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD). In this role, he supports the organization and coordination of IFAD’s knowledge-sharing initiatives, contributing to key reports, meeting summaries, and policy research on digital agriculture, financial innovation, and private sector engagement.
Prior to joining IFAD, Zehe gained experience in international finance and business development, working on policy analysis, ESG research, and sustainable investment strategies. His previous roles have equipped him with skills in cross-cultural communication, event coordination, and data-driven research, which he has further honed during his internship at IFAD.
Zehe holds a master's degree in international business from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and studied Investment and Finance at Queen Mary University of London under the sponsorship of the China Scholarship Council (CSC) International Organization Talent Development Program. His academic research focuses on the impact of ESG on corporate resilience, particularly within Chinese-listed companies.
