Tina Friis Hansen
Tina Friis Hansen is a seasoned strategic leader with over 20 years of leadership experience across the United Nations (UN) system, including senior roles with UNHCR, UNOPS, and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
Previously, Tina led major organization-wide transformation initiatives at UNHCR and UNOPS, including the redesign of the HR operating model, establishment of global shared services and transactional hubs, and the integration of people, change management, and organizational development into a single corporate function.
At UNDP, she coordinated the organization’s global change management and internal consulting capability, delivering over 170 change engagements and shaping UNDP’s institutional approach to managing change.
Widely trusted as a senior advisor and executive coach, Tina is known for aligning strategy, governance and culture, enabling leaders to navigate complex change, and delivering sustained, measurable organizational impact across diverse global teams.
She holds a Master’s degree in Political Science (International Relations), Aarhus University; advanced executive and leadership training at Harvard University, Cornell University, and the Center for Leadership Studies.
