Tamara Walser

Dr. Walser has worked in the field of evaluation for more than 25 years. She is currently a professor of evaluation and inquiry methods at the University of North Carolina Wilmington where she coordinates the M.S. concentration in Evaluation & Organizational Learning and the Graduate Certificate in Evaluation. Dr. Walser has worked in non-profit and for-profit organizations as an evaluator, has been involved in numerous grants and contracts focused on evaluation, and has authored/co-authored publications on evaluation, including two books, Evaluability Assessment: Improving Evaluation Quality and Use and Completing Your Evaluation Dissertation, Thesis, or Culminating Project. She has presented on evaluation topics nationally and internationally. Dr. Walser obtained her Ph.D. in Research and Evaluation and her M.S. in Instructional Design and Development from Utah State University.
