Sabine Bhanot and Daphne Moench

Sabine Bhanot Ms. Sabine Bhanot, Organizational Change and Learning Specialist at the UN Lab for Organizational Change & Knowledge (UNLOCK), at the United Nations System Staff College, Bonn: Sabine Bhanot is a member the UNLOCK initiative and as a Change Management Specialist, she is responsible for the change management learning programmes of the UN Staff College.  Sabine has worked as an internal consultant, facilitator and Head of Learning for more than 20 years in ILO, UNICEF, OCHA, UN Secretariat, UNFCCC and the Staff College. She designed and facilitated change processes in UN country offices, with Humanitarian Country Teams as well as in Headquarter for a number of organisations in the area of organisational repositioning, organisational health, HR processes and ethics.  Sabine holds degree in Political Science and a post-graduate degree in development studies. She completed a certificate course in Organisational Development. Daphne Moench Daphne joined the UN System Staff College in 2016 to work on the UNLOCK (UN Laboratory for Organizational Change and Knowledge) initiative. As coordinator for UNLOCK she manages the project’s activities and engagements to support the team’s advancement across four work streams, including: change management advisory work, capacity building, case study development and change management networks. Daphne has 20+ years of experience in organizational development with a focus on change management, communication, leadership development and coaching. She has spent most of her career working in external change management consulting with Accenture and Cambridge Leadership Associates, as well as internal change management and organization design positions in the private and non-for-profit sectors. Daphne holds a BA from the University of London, an MBA from Columbia Business School and an executive coach certification from Columbia Teachers College.
