Pamela Fuller
Pamela Fuller is the Founder and CEO of The Leader’s Guía, a global consulting firm focused on authentic and inclusive behaviour change that drives results through coaching, strategy, and facilitation. She is also the bestselling author of The Leader’s Guide to Unconscious Bias, an Amazon #1 New Release translated into eight languages with more than 75,000 copies sold worldwide.
With over 15 years of experience across the public and private sectors, Pamela has worked internationally to help leaders and organizations address complex challenges, strengthen performance, and build inclusive cultures. Her work is grounded in a global perspective shaped by extensive experience across the Americas and Europe.
Pamela currently serves as Vice President of BTS’ Executive Coaching Center of Excellence. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Professional Co‑Active Coach (CPCC), with extensive experience delivering one-on-one executive coaching.
Previously, she held senior leadership roles at BetterUp and FranklinCovey. At FranklinCovey, she served as a thought leader on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) and led the organization’s global partnership with the United Nations system, supporting leadership development initiatives reaching approximately 1,000 leaders across multiple UN entities and international financial institutions.
