Nerina Muzurovic

<p>Nerina Muzurovic is a seasoned development professional with more than 10 years of wide-ranging experience in the UN/IFI context, and an additional more than 7 years of academic research and teaching experience. She has served in various capacities, and most recently as designated technical lead for knowledge management (KM) and grants coordination in the Sustainable Production, Markets and Institutions Division of the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD). This has also included support to ongoing initiatives and technology transfers focusing on inclusive innovations and rural development. In her current function within IFAD, she exercises critical oversight of analytical and policy content of flagship publications and policy briefs under the remit of the Strategy and Knowledge Department. Previously, as KM Specialist and Grant Manager for the Near East, North Africa and Europe (NEN) region, she maintained close contacts with grant implementing partners (e.g. researchers, technical experts, policy analysts and partnership officers). She has worked very closely with country directors, and through them with various governments and ministries, including from donor countries (e.g. Germany, France, Finland, Japan, UK and USA) and IFAD’s partner countries, such as Algeria, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Estonia, Egypt, Georgia, Jordan, Moldova, Morocco, Montenegro, Romania, Turkey and Sudan.</p>
