Natalia Chardymova
Natalia Chardymova is a dedicated education and training professional with over a decade of experience in designing and delivering impactful learning programmes. She has worked internationally with the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), the Council of Europe, and diverse international NGOs, developing training for staff, civil society and public authorities.
At the Council of Europe, she was in charge of large-scale programmes, translating policy frameworks into concrete education and learning activities for diverse stakeholders. At UNICEF, she designed and developed the curriculum and the full educational pillar of the Manager Support Programme—a global initiative targeting all supervisors—strengthening people management capacities across the organization.
Currently, she is a Learning Portfolio Manager at the United Nations System Staff College (UNSSC), where she leads strategic learning initiatives for UN personnel and partners, including the Manager Development Learning portfolio and the Training and Assessment Team.
Her core strengths include the development of fit-for-purpose learning initiatives and surge learning solutions that are scalable and accessible to diverse audiences. She specializes in adapting experiential and adult learning methodologies to different contexts and needs, ensuring relevance and impact. She is particularly passionate about making learning practical, scalable and responsive to real-world challenges.
She holds a Master’s degree in Adult Learning and International Leadership and Negotiations and is a certified coach.
