Mikhela Bayes
Mikhela Bayes works as a consultant at the UNSSC Knowledge Centre for Sustainable Development, where she supports the design, development, and delivery of learning and training offerings. She has been involved in trainings on social protection, anti-corruption, leadership in humanitarian settings, and policy frameworks for sustainable development.
Mikhela holds a Masters Degree in International Affairs from the Hertie School of Governance, concentrating on sustainability and security. She completed her Bachelor Degree in Peace and Conflict Studies at The University of Queensland in Australia.
Mikhela has experience in research, advocacy, and facilitation through positions held with various NGOs and research institutes in the areas of development and human rights.
