Mary Waceke Muia

Mary Waceke Muia is a management consultant, and a  Life, Business and Executive Coach. She is an inspirational and transformational leader with recognized expertise in Organization Design & Development, Strategy formulation & Execution, Business Transformation, Change & Performance Management and HR. She is an expert on Gender, Diversity & Inclusion and a trainer on unconscious bias. She has been among the Top 40 under 40 successful women in Kenya for two years in a row and was the overall winner in the ‘Rising Stars Awards’ 2014 – service category in Private and Public Sector. Her last role was HR Director, Central Bank of Kenya where she oversaw  diverse Business Change Projects. Prior to this position, Mary  worked as  Head of Performance and Change in Kengen transformation led by Mc Kinsey, where she created innovative frameworks for strategy execution & culture transformation. Mary Waceke Muia is also a Mechanical Engineer and holds a Masters of Arts in Environmental Management with focus on Sustainable Development.
