Marius Naess

Marius Naess has been in the heart of the Ergo;ego team since 2016. He soon established himself as one of our brightest talents. Marius has created and delivered programmes, courses and workshops for entrepreneurs, managers, experts, sales people and economists. He thrives in the development of individual and team talents and his presence and skills are highly appreciated by our clients.

Marius was one of the youngest ever graduates from the Bachelor´s in Acting at Oslo National Academy of the Arts. In a successful 10-year performing career, he has done traditional theatre, dance, circus shows and musicals on Norway´s biggest stages.

He is a master of blending the skills and techniques of stage rehearsal and performance to meet the challenges of the business stage.

Marius has also worked as a director, playwright and instructor in theatre for several years, and is a CTI trained coach. He also has experience in working with video as a communication tool, and is at the heart of our exciting new projects on digital and blended platforms.
