Maria Fernanda Villari
Maria Fernanda Villari is an Associate Learning Officer at the UNSSC Knowledge Centre for Leadership and Management, responsible for designing and delivering learning initiatives in the field of data analytics and evaluation. She is dedicated to promoting the effective use of data to drive informed decision-making, enhance organizational performance, and strengthen evidence-based approaches.
She holds a Master’s degree in Politics and International Relations of Africa and Asia, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Naples L’Orientale. During her studies, she conducted research at the Institute of International Relations at the University of São Paulo in Brazil. She has also collaborated on research related to social policies and training with organizations such as the International Training Centre of the ILO (ITCILO), HelpAge International, the International Policy Centre for Inclusive Growth (IPC-IG), and Development Pathways. Her work has spanned multiple countries, including Italy, Thailand, Brazil, and Angola.
Over the past eight years, she has worked extensively on the design, implementation, and facilitation of both online and in-person training programmes. Her expertise includes instructional design, capacity building, and project management.
