Malini Mehra

Malini Mehra is an award-winning civil society leader and serial non-profit founder who has played a prominent role in global social movements for close to 30 years. 

Malini Mehra has worked at the highest levels of government, multilateral agencies, business and NGOs worldwide and was recently appointed Chief Executive of the International Secretariat of GLOBE International, a non-party political organisation comprising national parliamentarians from over 80 countries, committed to developing and overseeing the implementation of laws in pursuit of sustainable development. 

In 2017, Malini was appointed to the London Sustainable Development Commission (LSDC), by the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan. The LSDC was established in 2002 to advise the Mayor of London on sustainability issues including ways to improve and protect Londoners' quality of life, now and in the future. The commissioners help the city meet the challenges of a rapidly growing population, rising inequality and mitigating climate change.
