Léa Abdel Jalil
Léa Abdel Jalil has multidisciplinary experience spanning capacity building, behavioural science, market research, marketing, digital innovation and sustainable development, across both the private sector and the United Nations (UN).
Over more than five years with the United Nations System Staff College (UNSSC) as an Associate Fellow, she has designed, developed and facilitated strategic learning initiatives in sustainable development, climate action, behavioural science, systems thinking and sustainable consumption. Working in four UN languages, she has supported diverse audiences across regions and linguistic contexts, strengthening institutional and individual capacities for more forward looking and inclusive development pathways.
Léa integrates digital innovation into programme design, applying creative and technology-driven approaches to enhance engagement and improve learning outcomes.
She holds a Master’s degree in Market Research and Consumer Behaviour and a Master’s degree in International Development, with specializations in Development, Innovation and Emerging Technologies, and Governance and Social Inclusion from IE University in Spain. She further enriched her academic experience through a summer school programme at HEC Paris. She speaks five languages.
