Eileen Besong

Eileen is an Associate Learning Officer at the United Nations System Staff College (UNSSC). She specializes in instructional design and works closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design and develop capacity-building programmes tailored to diverse audiences. Eileen facilitated the development of AI-enhanced learning solutions and coordinated end-to-end e-learning projects, ensuring high-quality, engaging and scalable learning experiences across online, blended and face-to-face formats.

Eileen also oversees the delivery of both virtual and in-person trainings for UNSSC clients, ensuring smooth implementation and strong learner engagement. By leveraging emerging technologies — including AI — Eileen enhances learning effectiveness while creating inclusive, learner-centred experiences that respond to diverse cultural and organizational contexts.
