Cecilia Ferraro Titin
Cecilia is an Individual Consultant at the United Nations System Staff College (UNSSC). Her work centres on shaping learning experiences that enable UN personnel to apply innovation, behavioural science, foresight and digital approaches to ongoing processes and organizational challenges. Her practice is informed by an interest in digital culture change and its intersections with policy, design and learning.
At UNSSC, she has led the design and delivery of the UN Innovation Toolkit Training of Trainers Programme and is currently curating a mentoring partnership initiative with the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) to strengthen internal engagement and knowledge sharing around the UN Innovation Toolkit and Innovation Diagnostic Tool. She also supported tailored engagements with various entities, including the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), and contributed to leadership-focused webinars and interagency programmes on innovation, foresight, digital transformation and behavioural science, drawing on additional training in behavioural science through the India Behavioural Economics Network.
Prior to joining UNSSC, she worked across public and private sector contexts. In Paris, she was part of the Digital Factory Culture Department of a multinational company, where she developed serious games and supported internal cultural transformation initiatives. She also supported the Learning Innovation Programme at the International Training Centre of the International Labour Organization (ITCILO), contributing to executive leadership upskilling and blended innovation programmes with governments and youth NEET training institutions.
Cecilia holds a Master’s degree in Communication from Aalborg University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Sciences Po Saint-Germain-en-Laye and the University of Turin.
