Anna Piccinni
Anna Piccinni is a policy analyst in the OECD’s Policy Coherence for Sustainable Development Unit (PCSD Unit). She first joined the OECD in 2015, since then she gained experience as an analyst in the Development Co-operation Directorate and the Centre for Entrepreneurship, Cities and Regions. An economist and policy scientist by training, she worked as field development officer in several Sub-Saharan and Caribbean countries for donors (EU Delegation), UN agencies (UNDP, UNIDO) and NGOs (IRC). Her fields of expertise range from public governance, public financial management, use of country systems, migration and sustainable development. She is currently implementing several projects of the PCSD’s in-country work in Malta, Romania, Italy, Colombia and Luxembourg. She is temporary teaching faculty at the Public Affairs School of Sciences Po Paris on migration and integration. She holds a Master degree at Sciences Po Paris (France) on International security and a Master degree at Bocconi University (Italy) on Economics and management of public administration.
