Nicole Deutsch
A veteran of the United Nations, and global citizen, Nicole founded TransforME Now to change workplace culture to be positive and inclusive and to address harassment, abuse, and discrimination. Since 2018 Nicole has organized over 250 workshops on organizational culture change with TransforME Now, reaching over 4,500 individuals.
Trained by UN System Staff College, Nicole has facilitated UN workshops on Teambuilding, Working in Multicultural Teams, and UN Development Assistance Frameworks for more than 200 staff across the globe, representing over 40 nationalities. She also oversaw cascade training reaching over 80,000 community leaders.
Nicole has 20 years of UN development experience as staff member of UNICEF and UNDP. A polyglot, she has lived in five regions around the world. She co-led Reflective Leadership Dialogues for managers (UNHCR and FAO) from design to roll-out for over 1,500 managers.
In addition to design and facilitation, Nicole does consultancies for the UN and teaches Sociology in New York colleges (with focus on, gender, race, social status, and inequality). She was trained as a Co-Active coach from global Coach Training Institute (CTI).
