Nicole Deutsch
Nicole founded TransforME Now to change workplace culture to be positive and inclusive and address harassment, abuse and discrimination. Since 2018 Nicole has organized over 96 workshops on organizational culture change with TransforME Now, reaching over 1110 UN staff globally. Trained by UN System Staff College, Nicole has facilitated UN Country Team workshops on Teambuilding ,Working in Multicultural Teams, UN Reform and UN Development Assistance Frameworks for more than 200 staff across the globe, representing over 40 nationalities. She also oversaw cascade trainings reaching over 80,000 field consultants and community leaders for community mobilization on health advocacy. Nicole has 20 years of UN development experience, particularly in UNICEF and UNDP. Nicole has lived in five regions around the world and speaks several languages. In addition to design and facilitation, Nicole does consultancies on culture and change management and teaching Sociology at CUNY (with a focus on, gender, race, social status and inequality). She has a Masters in Sociology from Columbia University. She was trained as a Co-Active coach from the global Coach Training Institute (CTI).
